Concrete pools are formed on site (gunite or shotcrete sprayed over steel), so shape and size are flexible. Angi's Phoenix cost page puts concrete/gunite at about $65,000–$120,000[1].
18 builders in the Phoenix directory name this on their own site. That is what the company says; we have not inspected their work.
How the score works (0–100): 75 points from a Bayesian-weighted Google rating, up to 15 from years in business, up to 10 from the pool types and services the company names. The weighted rating = (reviews × rating + 20 × 4.3) / (reviews + 20), so a 5.0 from 3 reviews doesn't outrank a 4.8 from 300. Companies whose rating we could not verify get the 4.3 prior. No company paid for its rank. Full methodology.
